Golden Beats with Music Sense
Golden Beats is an active class for seniors and incorporates dancing and rhythmic drumming to music. The main focus is to improve memory, stability, range of motion, coordination and so much more. Learn to dance and drum while listening to your favorite songs. All levels are welcome. There are 6 classes in this session. Participants must purchase their own equipment prior to class.
All sessions are held at Oak Knoll Lutheran Church located at 600 Hopkins Crossroad, Minnetonka, MN 55305.
Classes begin December 6, 2022. Limited space available, early registration is encouraged.
